superb stay!

I found the staff very helpful and friendly. They were always available. the restaurant was lovely, and the pool was a great feature. the sun trap terrace was a real bonus, alongside the nice and neat room. i was very grateful for the dog bed and bowls provided for my pet..
the perfume was a bit strong in the corridors. it was overpowering at times.

the hotel is near multiple subway and bus stations. this provides easy access to many areas. walking distance to practically anywhere makes it convenient. it simplifies travel around the area.

I found the rooftop breakfast to be a standout. I really enjoyed it. the cocktail bar was great, and our perks program got us welcome drinks. the gym set-up was also excellent. It was probably one of the largest i have seen in a hotel.
The location could be a little better. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to liverpool street station.

the rooftop breakfast was acceptable , but not really good.
my 'beautiful one-bedroom suite' WASN'T so beautiful , if i'm being honest. the nightclub noise on saturday night kept me awake , even though reception claimed there was no club nearby. the staff at the pool bar seemed like they didn't want hotel guests around , SUCH a cute vibe , REALLY.
